Life is made of choices: more important than charging ahead at full speed is to choose a path connected to your own truth. As an Integral Coach™, I accompany people in their journey of self discovery, transformation and self-fulfillment.
EXPERIMENT
A new story is created as we launch ourselves out into the world and experiment. In my work as a coach, I help you explore experiences that open new pathways inside and outside oneself. It by doing that the coachee notices, in their bodies, habits, actions and mind, all that keeps change from happening, as well as new paths that might emerge.
WITNESS
Not to pull you, and much less to push you, I will hold your hand as I become the attentive eyes that witness you flourish. My work dismisses pre established scripts and moves towards life, life that wants to express itself through you. I hold your hands to be the active presence that notices what is already visible to me and yet remains concealed to you.
REFLECT
It is through experiences that new paths are unlocked, and it is through self-reflection that ideas are organized so as to go beyond the obvious and to create new ways of living and being in our full potential. Reflection and independent thought are integral to the coaching process I offer, acting to solidify the lessons learned and lead to long-lasting change.
APPRECIATE
Some words move us to “go ahead, fly!” In each session we acknowledge progress made, the intrinsic beauty of the journey already behind us. That which might look like a barrier at first carries a precious essence in itself. For reconnection coaching, appreciation is the acknowledgement of one’s wholeness, supporting you to go ahead and fly!

Ideas are waves
Lots of curiosity, many unanswered questions and some naughtiness move me and create in me a strong desire to connect. “I feel, therefore I am” is my interpretation of what Descartes offered us. However, how can one live in this immense world without thinking, reflecting, questioning? Ideas are like waves, waiting to be surfed. In this blog, I present concepts, short stories, reflections and (why not?) a bit of humor, to make life lighter and more fluid.
